Emily

I made the big move from Mississippi to Florida and joined the Bay Vision team in June 2022! In Mississippi, I attended Millsaps College where I obtained my B.S. in Neuroscience and Cognitive Studies with a minor in Psychology. I now attend Utica College in St. Petersburg where I will obtain a BSN with plans of attending a Physician’s Assistant program in the future. With my background in Neuroscience, I knew I would be interested in optometry, and after meeting the staff at Bay Vision I knew they were the right fit for me! I’m very excited to gain more knowledge in the field and look forward to meeting everyone in the community!!

Megan

My name is Megan, I grew up in a small town in central Illinois. I have been a Florida resident since 2018 and love living here and enjoying the beautiful weather and beaches. If I’m not at the beach you could find me at a concert or hanging out at home with my cats. I previously worked in healthcare and have been excited to venture into the optometric field. I care a lot about helping people and working at Bay Vision is one way I’m able to do that!

Sarah

Hello! My name is Sarah, I am a sophomore at the University of South Florida in St. Pete studying biology with a medical concentration and a minor in psychology. Aside from working at Bay Vision and going to class I spend a lot of my time sailing as a member of USF’s sailing team! Additionally, I love to do all things outside like kayak and hike! Working at Bay Vision has been an amazing experience for me so far. My favorite part being the ability to meet and engage with new patients everyday! I also have exceptional co-workers who teach me new skills during each shift. I hope to one day work in vision care myself and can think of no better mentor than Dr. Patel!

Heather

I am a Florida native and have been with Bay Vision since August 2023, though I’ve been in the optometric field in some form since 2004. I enjoy meeting all of our patients and helping them with their vision needs any way that I can. When I’m not helping patients at the office, I enjoy spending time with my two children, family, and friends. I look forward to meeting everyone! Please say hello the next time you stop by the office!

Kristina

I currently attend St. Petersburg College to become an optometrist. I will be transferring to USF next year and plan to attend Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry. I enjoy working out, listening to music, and reading in my spare time. What I enjoy most about working at Bay Vision are the professional relationships with coworkers who make coming to work every day a wonderful experience!
