First time visiting Bay Vision, and the young ladies at the front desk and Dr. Patel were nothing short than amazing. The professionalism and attention to everything was amazing. Dr. Patel took her time with the exam and explaining everything to my husband and myself. We have definitely decided she is our new Optometrist.

They were all very professional and friendly! Really liked Dr Rottgers. As for glasses, they help you find the option for the least amount of out of pocket! Appreciate them all!

I was absolutely nervous for my exam at a new place but the receptionist/tech, Leslie, she really helped made the experience an unforgettable one. Her customer service went above and beyond as she made me comfortable and talked me through each step esp since I was feeling nervous. The ophthalmologist, Dr. Gitlan, has such a great demeanor that it created such an amazing atmosphere that I left happy and pleased so thank you for everything!

Dr. Patel and her staff are the best. I'm 42 years old, and Dr. Patel has been the first doctor to become my primary when it comes to my routine vision check ups. I use to just bounce from 1 doctor to another which I dont recommend. But I highly recommend Dr. Patel to anyone. She explains clearly, how the eyes work and how they should be working. Including her plan of care after the visit.

I saw Dr. Gitlan and he was quick, right to the point, and didn’t try to sell me a bunch of extra stuff. He and his staff were excellent, I highly recommend!
